The movie is good but not great. The effects are top notch and are the real reason to watch this film. Why would you build a huge robot exoskeleton that has to hold it's weapons in it's hands and uses a damn Rambo knife?

plot is not always what makes a good movie. You can enjoy many many other aspects.

The plot is just pure & simple. It's a pretty emotional film. The visuals are epic and that's what makes people talk about it. But the plot serves the purpose of this movie well.

I agree with Public ENEMY 100%. Avoid this movie unless you just like nice visuals and stupid plots.

Unlike most people, I dont think this movie is a great scifi. Although the visuals are excellent, some scenes are just stupid and boring. I cannot stand to watch this movie the second time.

Watch the extended version... then Capturing Pandora... Cameron and the Avatar team are geniuses.
